At Edufied Solutions, we do not provide refunds for any of the services we provide, apart from the following cases for two of our services.
Plagiarism Check [Plagiarism Report]
We provide the “Plagiarism Check Reports” for documents in the English language only. The plagiarism report can only be generated for the documents submitted in MS Word or PDF format and having typed text.
The software can not generate the report for the documents having scanned images of the content [assignments, books, notes etc.], in this case, the refund will not be provided.
Refund Case: If somehow, you have submitted the document in any other language, and paid the fee, we will provide a full refund.
Plagiarism Removal Service [Plagiarism Reduction]
Refund Case: We provide a full refund if we are not able to deliver the document after reducing the plagiarism on the pre-mentioned delivery date.
Payment Failure: In case of failure to pay the remaining amount within 48 hours of the completion of plagiarism removal work, which will be notified to you over email, it will be concluded that the user does not need the work any more and the fresh plagiarism reduced content will become the property of Edufied Solutions. The Edufied Solutions, upon the discretion of the management, has the right to submit the whole document to the plagiarism check repository or contact the user’s organisation to inform about the failure to make the payment.
Note: You can ask for a refund only within 7 calendar days of submitting the document, and not the payment date.
